Job Title:  Palletizer - Production Area   Job Code:     1 80011-Palletizer  –    Department:  201 - Production   Reports to:  Production Supervisor     Prepared By :   Human Resources   FLSA Status:   Hourly   Preparation Date:   3 / 1 7 /202 5     POSITION SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for preparing product for final stages of production.  This includes inspecting corrugated boxes, closing and coding of boxes before palletizing.       ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    Ensure cases have correct lot codes before shipment or storage Ensure cases have correct pattern and amount before shipment or storage Verify each skid has been properly recorded with correct number of cases and time of              completion.     Place skid tags in correct places to be shrink wrapped Adhere to all environmental, health and safety requirements and procedures Responsible for food safety and quality Other tasks as assigned COMPETENCIES:    Ability to work at a fast pace online with moving product.   Ability to stand for long periods of time Teamwork and ability to work with others Excellent eye - hand coordination   Position Requirements:   Math and reading skills Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time Regular and reliable attendance   Additional Information:   Skid Loaders must receive ongoing training in the following areas: o Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense, Allergen, SQF   o Ongoing OSHA regulated programs   o All company regulated policies     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or the equivalent in related experience.    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:   None                   Job Analysis/Job Description Physical Activities Checklist   Job title: Palletizer         In a typical work day, “Occasionally” means 1% to 33%; “Frequently” means 34% to 66%; “Continuously” means 67% to 100%     1.  In a Typical workday, employee must:           Hours At One Time           a.
