This is an excellent opportunity to work for a main dealer and continue developing your skills within cosmetic and non‑structural repair. Our Paint and Panel Technicians deliver high‑quality cosmetic repairs with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer experience. Carry out non‑structural panel repairs  including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage Complete paint preparation and refinishing  to manufacturer and Charles Hurst standards Perform cosmetic repairs  across panels, bumpers and exterior components Ensure all work follows approved processes  and quality expectations Communicate clearly with customers  to confirm required work and associated costs Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team  to deliver a seamless repair journey For this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in paint repair and non‑structural panel work. A full driving licence with a good driving record is required. You will be a team player with strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
