SCHEDULE Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm CORE JOB DUTIES  Executing tasks assigned by department leadership. Measuring, packaging, and labeling products  Compares product with product standards to ensure quality. Maintaining a sanitary work environment Safely transport products from workspace to storage area Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS   1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust. Requires ability to sit, stand, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
