Centenary House is a large, pet friendly, residential Life House in Belfast, accommodating vulnerable males over 18 years of age, who are experiencing homelessness. We have a great opportunity for a Support Worker Day position. Our Support Workers are responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. Our support workers identify & address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles while working as part of a team to achieve contractual and quality outcomes.
