The OSP Engineering Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple Outside Plant engineering programs across several clients and active projects. This role ensures that engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications, quality standards, and internal production goals. The Program Manager will coordinate with clients, engineering teams, project managers, fielding teams, permitting teams, construction stakeholders, vendors, and internal leadership to maintain project visibility, resolve blockers, control budgets, and drive successful project execution from kickoff through final delivery.
