Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations Preference for warehouse automation experience is a plus but not required. The Operations Supervisor leads day to day operations and personnel, ensuring the highest level of customer service to customers. Leads union and non-union employees and enjoys building a team.
