Creating and maintaining a clear view of operational dependencies across supply chain, manufacturing, shipment, installation and customer acceptance activities.
Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation plans before they impact delivery schedules.
Managing complex cross-functional workstreams spanning the UK, US and Asia.
Leading short-term operational projects where processes may not yet be fully defined.
Building structure and repeatability into fast-moving delivery environments.
Providing senior leadership with a clear, data-driven view of project status, risks, forecasts and resource requirements.
Establishing scalable project management standards that support future operational growth.

We're interested in people who combine strong project leadership with enough technical understanding to challenge assumption s, identify risks and unblock delivery issues. We're also looking for:
Proven experience managing complex technical projects or programmes.
Experience within semiconductor, capital equipment, scientific instrumentation, advanced manufacturing, hardware systems or high-tech engineering environments.
Strong understanding of operational dependencies across manufacturing, supply chain, production, delivery and installation activities.
Experience managing customer-specific requirements and non-standard delivery challenges.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and geographies.
Strong planning, forecasting and risk management capability.
Confidence operating in fast-growing environments where processes are still evolving.
