Operations Project Manager  In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time   Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across several brand families. This role is responsible for managing complex timelines, balancing competing priorities, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of new production innovations, limited-time offerings, and SKU lifecycle management initiatives including product sunsetting and delisting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and can effectively manage project stages, gates, and reporting structures while aligning stakeholders across departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 3–7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, operations, product development, or related industries preferred. Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, stage-gate processes, and timeline management. Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools, including GANTT chart development and maintenance. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority. Additional Skills & Competencies Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
