Aeva 4D LiDAR sensors uniquely detect instant velocity in addition to 3D position, allowing autonomous devices like vehicles and robots to make more intelligent and safe decisions.   Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Program Manager with automotive experience, specializing in Lidar assembly and PCBA fabrication to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Program Manager you will play a crucial role coordinating with Aeva cross-functional partners and contract manufacturers in ensuring the production lines for NPI and mass production meet product quality, delivery, cost and reliability of our Lidar product. You will manage detailed factory bring up schedules: identify critical path, track progress and identify and drive solutions to ensure program success. You will collaborate across operations teams to complete deliverables supporting Aeva’s product development and release process (PLC).
