WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business, or a related field. - Interest in hardware product development, robotics, consumer electronics, automotive systems, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and details. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in working across technical and non-technical teams. - Analytical and comfortable using data to understand problems and inform decisions. - Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership in a fast-moving environment. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking questions, and learning new technical concepts. - Experience with project management, engineering projects, manufacturing, robotics teams, internships, or student organizations is a plus but not required.
