Job Purpose The Operations Manager, Juniors & Group Programmes, is responsible for both leading seasonal staff teams and managing the detailed logistics that ensure our Junior and Group Programmes run smoothly.   This is a highly hands-on operational role that combines day-to-day scheduling, timesheet tracking, accommodation and budget management with student welfare, client satisfaction, and program quality.
