We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to work on our Southwest Water Lead Replacement Programme across Devon, Cornwall and West Dorset.    The Operations Manager has accountability for the safe, and quality assured delivery of the programme / works in accordance with the Clients specifications and reporting requirements. You are responsible for driving forward the implementation of HSEQ requirements in line with the Network Plus processes and systems and aligned to the requirement of the client. This role has the responsibility for ensuring that documentation, site records, forward planning and forecasting, progress photographs and progress are maintained. The Operations Manager will ensure all subcontract resources work to Networks Plus HSEQ requirements at all times. Ensuring all assets are installed to the correct specification.  Liaison with both planning and street works teams to ensure the efficient delivery of the programme. Assisting the Delivery Manager to maintain optimal performance in delivery of the works through planning  to final installation. Reporting and management of physical progress and financial status on projects.
