We’re looking for an Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and goes the extra mile to ensure teams and sites set the industry standard. 📝 About the Role This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area and further afield. You’ll be responsible for: 👥 Leadership & Service Delivery – Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards. 🤝 Client & Team Management – Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training. 📅 Scheduling & Compliance – Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance. 💻 Technology & Reporting – Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling. Above all, you’ll ensure the retention and development of your client base . ✅ Requirements 🎓 Management experience in security and/or cleaning ( essential ) 🛡️ Front-line SIA Licence ( essential ) 💬 Strong leadership and communication skills 💻 High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems 🚗 Full UK driving licence and own car 🏢 Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month ⚠️ Applicants without an SIA licence and management experience will not be considered. 🎁 What We Offer 💷 Competitive salary starting from £47,000 per year 🌐 Opportunity to lead high-profile contracts with blue-chip clients 🤝 Support from a company that prioritises people, performance, and service excellence Previous Experience In a Operations Manager Role SIA Badge Driving Licence
