What to Expect as an Operations Intern:
You're about to embark on a bold, challenging, and game-changing journey. By joining our Digital Branch team, you will gain valuable insights into the inner workings of a fast-growing bank, sustainability, solar lending and what it takes to be a technology driven trail blazer in the finance sector.
As the remote Operations Intern , you will help advance the Climate First Bank's growth initiatives within the Digital Branch. You will learn how to serve as the true voice of the client and what it takes to deliver an exceptional digital banking experience. A key objective for this internship is to help identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation tools to streamline client onboarding, loan processing, operational workflows and enhance overall efficiency. You will also support management in executing sales campaigns, rolling out new digital banking technologies, and driving internal training, support, and adoption across teams.
What You'll Contribute in This Role:
•Customer Obsessed Service
You will shadow Digital Bankers to learn how they deliver high-touch, personalized customer service through daily virtual interactions with clients. Leveraging those observations, you will create knowledgebase articles and collaborate with designers and engineers to identify scalable, AI-driven customer-centric solutions that enhance user satisfaction, improve conversion rates, and drive intelligent automation. You will help support the goal of achieving an AI agent resolution rate of 80% or better and an overall Customer Satisfaction Score of 80% or higher.
•AI Powered Client Onboarding
You continuously help optimize onboarding workflows using AI tools to reduce friction, improve data accuracy, and increase operational efficiency to facilitate smooth digital client onboarding and support. You will help support the goal of achieving a time to completion reduction of 50%.
•Technology Driven Sales Optimization
You will learn about banking products, sales cycles and growth metrics. Leveraging AI insights, you support identifying new deposit and consumer lending opportunities, increasing personalized outreach, and optimizing sales strategies. You will help track campaign performance and support the development of reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
