Main Responsibilities Support the day-to-day running of business operations. Coordinate recruitment activities when required. Maintain CRM records and operational databases. Update trackers and administrative reports. Communicate with cleaners and applicants. Assist management with operational tasks. Ensure company records remain accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes. About You You enjoy organising people, processes and information. You're naturally proactive, work well under pressure, and take pride in producing accurate work. You'll also have: Excellent organisational skills. Strong written and verbal English. High attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office & CRM systems. Ability to manage competing priorities. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or operations. Experience working with CRM or scheduling software. Reliable home office setup. Comfortable working independently.
