In this role you will:

Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanism
Support onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materials
Identify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriate
Partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements
Ensure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirements

Detail-Focused: Understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational documentation
Experienced Writer: 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments
