This role is integral to ensuring HIVED maintains drivers at the centre of our operation whilst maintaining high delivery performance & quality. This is an on-site role embedded in the day-to-day operations the shifts for this role are a 4 days on- 3 days off shift pattern. 📌 Heads up: this is a preemptive posting. We're collecting applications early so we can move fast when it does.   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 🚀 - Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team. - Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and promote retention. - Overseeing of all aspects of assigned driver team, serving as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries and support at HIVED. - Ensure driver compliance with HIVED's requirements and expectations. - Partner with stakeholders to ensure driver excellence via check-ins and ride-alongs.
