As our Operations Capability Lead , you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Inspection & Reconditioning Centre (IRC). You'll design the learning frameworks, career pathways and leadership programs that help our operational teams build new skills, grow their careers and deliver exceptional results. From onboarding new starters to developing future leaders, you'll create the capability systems that keep our teams performing at their best while supporting Carma's continued growth.
