Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.  Hours per week: 37.5 Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year Position End Date: March 31, 2027 Deadline to apply: 4:00PM on July 17, 2026   Reporting to the interim Manager, Scheduling Operations & Governance, the Operations Analyst, Scheduling provides coordination and project support within the Curriculum and Scheduling teams in the Office of the Registrar (OTR), Systems, Data and Digital Transformation (SDDT) portfolio. The role supports operational coordination, roadmap activities, and project delivery, with a focus  on the Projects & Continuous Improvement Office (PCIO)-enabled Enterprise Booking and  Scheduling project as well as the SDDT portfolio-driven Integrated Enrolment Planning,  Operationalization, and Governance project (IEPOG). Responsibilities include process mapping,  stakeholder engagement, documentation, and analysis to support workflow optimization and  governance alignment. The incumbent ensures work is organized and aligned with established processes while  contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also provides limited operational  scheduling support to assist team capacity and build practical knowledge of scheduling processes.
