We seek an experienced Operations Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA. Duties and Responsibilities: As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and solving challenges related to the development and execution of day-to-day program operations.  Additionally, you will: Serve as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project.  Conducting analysis and develop solutions in the application of information technology.  Produce and review technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge in a given technical area.   Coordinate and schedule Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.   Serve as the facility maintenance POC for the CPE   Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of products or services, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
