About the Role This role is essential to enable us to drive commercial performance by developing and executing retail strategies that align with broader business goals. Acting as the primary conduit between business strategy and the resort teams, you will ensure that centrally made decisions are practical for in-store execution, and focus on delivering consistent agreed ways of working  You will also be responsible for sourcing products, managing suppliers and handling product ranges within purchasing and epos systems and leading pricing strategies to ensure high-profit margins, defining the product mix and protect margins through effective promotional planning. Essential for alignment, you will develop and deliver Retail Brand Standards, both operational working processes & delivering design standards To develop and evolve the Butlins policies and ways of working for all bars & shops activities to ensure that we deliver a safe, compliant, and consistent experience for the guest. To provide assurance to the Butlins leadership that we are operating in a safe and compliant manner through appropriate review & reporting. To develop relationships with regulators and governing bodies to ensure that Butlins is appropriately represented, knowledgeable, fully compliant and prepared for changes such as legislation.
