Your role : At BearingPoint, we work on a wide range of client projects combining business and technology. Whether you're starting your professional journey or bringing years of expertise, you will be involved in delivering value to our clients and developing our business and ways of working together with your colleagues. Depending on your interests and background you will be working in tasks and projects in one or more the following competency areas: Enterprise   Performance Management, CFO Advisory, ERP , Financial Services , Data & Analytics and Digital & Strategy . What your role could include: Working in both business and technology-oriented client projects Analyzing industry trends and defining solutions for our clients’ existing and emerging business challenges and opportunities Building and maintaining business opportunities with existing and new clients Facilitating client workshops and meetings while operating in an international environment Developing our business in internal projects such as developing our offering, contributing to our CSR activities or local trainings We are looking for: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., M.Sc. in business or technology) Relevant work experience related to one or more of our competency areas - We are interested in candidates with diverse professional backgrounds, for example from consulting and/or industry side Ability to approach problems in an analytical and structured way Curiosity for continuous learning and ability to find solutions to novel business problems Passion for supporting clients in business and technology transformation Good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); other tools or technical skills are seen as an advantage Fluent communications skills English (written and spoken), fluency in Finnish considered as an advantage We hope you are a true team player, as we believe in collaboration, and working in teams is an essential part of our culture.
