This role serves as the primary liaison between the Association's Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and Rise AMG. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing community operations, supporting the Board with sound guidance, overseeing vendors and maintenance projects, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing single-family HOA communities and understands the unique dynamics of working with volunteer Boards of Directors. We are looking for someone who is patient, collaborative, approachable, and able to guide Boards through decisions without being overly directive.
