Responsible for the technical leadership, stability, and continuous evolution of the OneStream platform supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and integrated business planning at Veoneer. This role operates in a hands-on capacity as the in-house OneStream developer and administrator, partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and, as necessary, external implementation resources to maintain, enhance, and scale OneStream solutions across consolidation, Planning Factory, demand planning, capacity planning, 13-week forecasting processes, and future solutions. Solution Architecture & Platform Design: Own the technical architecture of Veoneer’s OneStream environment, including application design, business rules (VB.Net scripting, API), cube architecture, dimensionality, workflow design, security model, integration patterns, performance considerations, and environment strategy across development, test, and production. Configuration and Setup: Responsible for implementation and management of scenarios (Actual, Forecast, Strategic Plan), including recalculation scenarios. Application Lifecycle Management: Develop or update business rules (code) based on business requirements, and manage promotion, release readiness, regression planning, deployment coordination, and post-release validation for enhancements across consolidation, Planning Factory, and forecasting solutions. Maintain Administration guidelines and technical documentation. Security & Controls: Configure and maintain role-based security, access provisioning, segregation of duties, audit support, and controlled change management practices in alignment with finance and IT governance requirements. Integration Architecture: Define and support data integration, transformation, and orchestration patterns between OneStream and source platforms, including ERP systems, data warehouse layers, operational data stores, and planning inputs required for SIOP and 13-week forecasting. Technical Quality & Performance: Establish standards for solution design, reusable components, testing, issue triage, performance tuning, and technical documentation to improve maintainability and reduce dependency on external resources. What you'll bring: Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field 5+ years of hands-on OneStream administration and development experience, including multiple implementation, enhancement, or support cycles in enterprise environments Strong experience designing OneStream application architecture, including dimensional design, cube architecture, workflow orchestration, security model, dashboard/form strategy, and performance optimization Deep technical capability in OneStream business rules, member formulas, data management, cube views, dashboards, forms, extensibility, and application troubleshooting Experience with release management, environment promotion, regression testing, and production support across development, test, and production environments Strong understanding of data integration architecture, including source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, data quality controls, and interfaces between OneStream and ERP, ODS, data warehouse, and operational planning sources Worki
