Join a global aerospace leader supporting a nationwide source inspection program. As an Operations Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in coordinating inspection activities across the country, ensuring the right inspectors are in the right place at the right time to meet customer and production needs. What You'll Do: As the Operations Scheduler – Source Inspection Program, you'll serve as the central point of contact for inspection scheduling and coordination. Working onsite at our supplier's location, you'll partner with customers, inspectors, recruiters, and operations teams to keep inspection requests moving efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll coordinate inspection requests with a nationwide network of quality inspectors, assign work based on qualifications, availability, location, and customer priorities, and monitor inspection progress to ensure response time requirements are met. You'll proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate urgent and same-day requests, and maintain accurate scheduling records while balancing multiple competing priorities. You'll also work closely with recruiting and operations teams to identify coverage needs in new geographic areas, monitor inspector utilization, and help drive continuous improvements that enhance scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction. Compensation: $28–30/hour Schedule: Full-time
