ABOUT THE ROLE We are a US-based MarTech consultancy specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and digital transformation for regulated industries including banking, healthcare, insurance, and retail. We are looking for an experienced OFS Developer to join our fully remote development team. You will bring strong software engineering fundamentals, sharp debugging instincts, and the ability to lead technical efforts while collaborating across cross-functional teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, develop, and modify code in accordance with established engineering standards and best practices. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently. - Serve as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring team members including junior developers. - Recommend technical solutions and implementation approaches to architects, analysts, and business stakeholders. - Utilise software testing tools to ensure high-quality, production-ready software delivery. - Lead and actively participate in code reviews. - Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, analysts, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Required: - Solid, hands-on experience in OFS Development. - Proven track record developing enterprise-grade applications. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across complex codebases. - Experience leading development teams and conducting thorough code reviews. - Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. LOCATION & WORK ARRANGEMENT This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available. COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS This is a contract engagement. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
