We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team. Requirements Manages office space, oversee refurbishments and layout needs Provide administrative support to management and department heads Assist in onboarding of new staff Oversee and maintain office policies and procedures Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion  Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets, generate reports, organize paperwork and other related administrative duties as required. Manage all office related service agreements To manage all office systems, procedures and facilities to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office Benefits Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role Strong proficiency in German language Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Winthrop Technologies LTD.  are an equal opportunities employer
