Apply today and join a firm where your leadership drives success.     Responsibilities   Reports directly to and supports Administrative & Legal Services Director and the Scottsdale Managing Partner Oversees support staff located in the Scottsdale office, including productivity management Assists with implementing new policies and procedures in the Scottsdale office Assists with the hiring process for support staff for the Scottsdale office Assists with the onboarding process for all new hires in the Scottsdale office Assists with training support staff as needed for the Scottsdale office Attends meetings regularly with Administrative & Legal Services Director and Scottsdale Partners Assists with facility management for the Scottsdale office, including office moves as necessary Assists with management of expense reconciliation for the Scottsdale office Plans and coordinates quarterly events for the Scottsdale office alongside the Administrative & Legal Services Director and Scottsdale Managing Partner Handles HR issues with HR Director and Scottsdale Partners and Team Leaders Administrative assignments from Administrative & Legal Services Director and Scottsdale Partners    Requirements   Minimum of 3 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience Prior law firm experience as a legal assistant or paralegal Reliability and discretion while handling confidential matters High proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Professional appearance and demeanor    Compensation Package   The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on expe
