About the Role:
Wrike is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our Workplace Operations Team. In this role, you will be the face of our office, creating a welcoming and positive experience for employees, visitors, and partners. Reporting to the WPO Manager, you will play an important part in ensuring the office runs smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and workplace support. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, vibrant, and service-oriented office environment that reflects Wrike’s values.
Your Impact:
Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
Act as the first point of contact at reception and help create a positive office experience
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace and general office coordination
Coordinate with vendors and assist with office-related services
Manage and respond to administrative and workplace-related requests
Support the planning and execution of internal events and office activities
Provide travel and visitor support as needed
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle courier, mail, and delivery services
Manage kitchen supplies, snacks, and general office stock
Support office supplies procurement and inventory management
Assist with swag production and distribution
Support health and safety processes and help maintain workplace standards
Your Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
Good organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in administration, reception, or office support
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and helpful approach
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
