Issue and distribute outgoing invoices. Upload incoming invoices into the AP Workflow system and follow up on them until payment. Office & Administrative Support Provide administrative support and arrange day‑to‑day operations of the office. Handle and scan incoming post and documents. Process external mail (inbound and outbound), including courier and international courier items. Manage incoming post through our notification process. Help colleagues locate and retrieve incoming documents and letters. Stamp documents as needed (MFEs, contracts, reports for bookkeepers, etc.). Manage electronic signature/e‑signature processes. Provide general support to colleagues and teams in daily administrative tasks. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for internal and external stakeholders using our office and client areas. Travel & Event Coordination Coordinate travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) for colleagues and potential new joiners from abroad. Organise certain events/client meetings, including sending invitations, booking venues and ordering catering. Manage room bookings and handle catering orders for events. Support visitors with parking bookings. Requirements Preferred background:  University studies/diploma. Languages:  Strong written and spoken English language knowledge. Technical skills and Experience: Strong organisation and time management skills. Basic understanding of office tools and workflows, Precision and accuracy, able to work individually, Good problem solving skills. Attitude:  reliable and proactive personality.
