Support the input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities. Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation (Structure Organization, Job Level, etc). Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational practices. Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role’s job description and responsibilities. Requirements Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio / Draw.io and Microsoft PowerPoint Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts Able to analyze and logically assess the alignment between KPIs and job descriptions. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to changes. Demonstrates curiosity about business processes and is able to challenge job descriptions or SOPs constructively by asking the “why” behind them. Willing to work in  BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
