The Level 3 Educator will ensure children are safe, stimulated, and supported to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally within a warm, professional environment. Essential Requirements Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the DfE). Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication skills. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS check.
