You'll build and operate the automated pipelines that validate and ship SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)projects, watch deployments closely, dig into the logs when something breaks, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with on-call engineers to get customers back to green. This is a hands-on role for a NetSuite developer who enjoys the operational, debugging, and tooling side of the platform as much as the building side. This is a day-shift position and based in the Philippines. Deployments run after business hours US time zones (night shift) across the EST, CST, and PST time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working day shift in the Philippines to support these deployment windows. What You'll Be Doing: Own the release process. Plan and execute deployments of SDF Account Customization Projects and SuiteApps across customer environments — sandbox, release-preview, and production — managing deployment windows, versioning, and rollback plans. Run deployments to customers. Trigger and supervise releases via the SuiteCloud CLI and automation, confirming object dependencies, feature requirements, and account configuration are satisfied before promoting changes. Interpret logs and debug failures. Read SuiteCloud CLI output, GitHub Actions run logs, and NetSuite execution/script logs to pinpoint validation errors, object conflicts, missing dependencies, permission and role issues, and account drift. Troubleshoot with on-call engineers. Partner with developers and on-call engineers during deployment incidents — reproduce the issue, gather evidence, drive root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes or rollbacks under time pressure. Drive incident response. Escalate appropriately, communicate status clearly to internal teams and customers, and lead deployment-related issues to resolution. Improve the system. Maintain runbooks and deployment documentation, reduce manual steps, and continuously raise the reliability and observability of the release process. Support customer accounts. Manage deployment credentials, tokens, and roles; help reproduce and resolve post-release issues reported by customers and support teams. What You'll Need: NetSuite development experience: 3+ years working hands-on in the NetSuite ecosystem. SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF): practical experience building and deploying. Account Customization Projects and/or SuiteApps, including manifest and deploy XML, custom objects, and managing dependencies. SuiteScript 2.0/2.1: able to read, debug, and reason about User Event, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, and RESTlet scripts well enough to diagnose deployment and runtime issues. SuiteCloud CLI: comfortable using the CLI to validate, preview, and deploy projects, and to manage authentication. Git & GitHub Actions: solid Git workflow skills plus hands-on experience writing and maintaining GitHub Actions (YAML) for CI/CD. Strong debugging and log-analysis skills: a methodical approach to reading logs, isolating failures, and forming and testing hypotheses. N etSuite account fundamentals: working knowledge of roles, permissions, features, and token-based / OAuth authentication. Day-shift availability: able to work day shift PH time aligned to after-hours deployment windows across EST, CST, and PST. What Will Set You Apart: NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II, or Administrator). Experience distributing SuiteApps via the SuiteApp / SDN bundle model across many accounts. Scripting for automation (Node.js, Bash, or Python) and experience with observability/monitoring toolin
