Job Details
InvoiceCloud is seeking a highly skilled Product SRE to strengthen the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based payment and billing platform. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for designing, building, and operating resilient .NET-based services while ensuring strong observability, rapid incident response, and continuous reliability improvements.
The Product SRE partners closely with Engineering, Platform, DevOps, and Product teams to embed reliability into system design, deployment, and operations. This role carries accountability for production stability and performance without people management responsibility.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and VB.NET
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, ElasticSearch, or AppDynamics
At least 3 years of experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure automation
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development
