Description
We are looking for a hands-on Multimedia Specialist to support corporate communications across the Group. This role will focus on video production, photography, and visual storytelling — capturing key moments from corporate events, showrooms, and other initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end multimedia production and play a key role in bringing the company’s stories to life visually. The role also includes basic design support and maintaining high-quality visual assets for ongoing communications needs. Responsibilities 1. Video & Photography Production (Core Focus) Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for: Corporate events, leadership visits, and internal activities Showrooms, exhibitions, and site visits Social media and brand storytelling Manage the full production process from concept to post-production Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and storytelling objectives 2. Event & On-site Coverage Serve as the primary owner responsible for visual coverage of corporate events Capture key moments and produce timely visual content (photos, highlight videos) Support quick turnaround for internal and external communication needs 3. Social Media Visual Content Produce visual assets for social media and internal platforms Adapt content formats for different channels and audiences Ensure consistency with brand tone and visual identity 4. Design Support (Secondary Responsibility) Provide basic graphic design support (e.g. social visuals, simple layouts, templates) Work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure visual consistency Assist in preparing communication materials when required 5. Archive & Asset Management Organise and maintain photo and video assets in accordance with archive standards Tag, catalogue, and store materials for easy retrieval Support the development of a structured visual asset library Ensure consistency and quality in archived materials Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Visual Arts, or related disciplines 1–2 years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia production A strong portfolio is required (video + photography samples) Candidates should demonstrate experience in event coverage and storytelling content Strong technical skills in video shooting and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects is a plus) Good photography skills with strong sense of composition and lighting Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Ability to manage end-to-end production independently Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in corporate, brand, or documentary-style storytelling Ability to handle quick turnaround projects under tight timelines Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support team priorities when needed Willingness to support on-site events and occasional travel Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
