The current product operates on a combination of no-code tools and workflows, and the team is now replatforming to a custom-built application designed for scale, security, and long-term growth. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team responsible for delivering the next version of the platform. You'll contribute across backend services, frontend experiences, AI-powered workflows, and core platform functionality while working closely with the Tech Lead and product leadership to deliver meaningful product outcomes. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys shipping features end-to-end, working across the stack, and contributing to products where technology directly supports business growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain full-stack features using Python, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. - Develop backend APIs, business logic, integrations, and data workflows. - Create frontend experiences, dashboards, and user-facing workflows for business users. - Implement AI-powered features, including document processing, scoring workflows, and LLM integrations. - Support the migration of existing no-code processes into scalable application services. - Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and product stakeholders to deliver features and improvements. - Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to engineering best practices. - Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and product delivery efforts. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE MUST HAVES - 6+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong experience building backend applications with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks). - Strong experience building frontend applications with React and Next.js. - Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern web application development. - Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. - Experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend domains. - Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and product stakeholders. - Advanced English required. - Familiarity with AI tools. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered workflows into applications. - Experience migrating systems from no-code or low-code platforms. - Marketplace, fintech, or document-intensive product experience. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Fami
