Optimiza is looking for a dedicated MS Dynamics ERP System Supervisor to oversee the management and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, combined with strong supervisory skills to manage the ERP team and ensure seamless system performance and support. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and administration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of Dynamics ERP modules according to business needs. Manage and mentor the ERP support team, coordinating troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support activities. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements. Monitor system performance and security, and implement best practices to maintain system integrity. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including system administration and supervision. Strong knowledge of Dynamics ERP modules, customization, integrations, and upgrades. Proven experience managing and leading ERP support teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
