We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with strong motion design skills to join our Localization team . You will work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas, analyze ad performance, and stay up-to-date with worldwide marketing trends in digital space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composition, typography and pacing, and will be able to create visually compelling & selling content that effectively communicates our marketing messages. Challenges You’ll Face: Adapting high-impact video creatives for diverse global markets (LATAM, EMEA, SEA, etc.), ensuring they feel native to non-English speaking audiences; Collaborating closely with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on ideas that maintain core brand identity while maximizing local relevance; Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow including tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Veo and others for video generation, enhancement, and ideation; Using specific localization tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so , etc.) specifically for high-quality dubbing, lip-syncing, and localized asset generation; Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production; Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency; Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types; We expect that you have: 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production, ideally with a focus on global/localized campaigns; Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with an emphasis on efficient project structures for rapid localization; A deep understanding of typography and layout across different languages, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal regardless of word length; Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation). Additional plus will be experience with AI-driven localization workflows (voice cloning, automated subtitling, image-to-image for localizing backgrounds/objects); Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message; A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results; Attention to detail, especially regarding foreign language scripts, strong self-organization, and time management; Basic skills in Figma; Will be a plus: Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak; Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles; Experience with AI lip-sync and dubbing tools; Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration; Perks & Benefits: Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real diffe
