Join our team as a Modern Work Consultant and lead the way in transforming customer environments using cutting-edge tools like M365 and Power Platform. Technologies M365 Copilot Your role Act as the customer-facing expert, understanding and discussing customer needs to suggest solutions within the Microsoft 365, AI and Copilot toolset. Lead workshops and training sessions to help customers maximize the potential of M365, Power Platform, and other modern work tools. Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure the success of customer implementations. Collaborate with customers to create tailored solutions that drive efficiency and business outcomes. Your profile Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role. Skills: Solid understanding of digital knowledge work tools (M365, Power Platform, AI and Copilot) and their practical applications in customer environments. Strong customer-facing and communication skills to facilitate workshops and provide hands-on training. Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required) A proactive approach to solving customer challenges and implementing solutions.
