Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Modern Endpoint Expert. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting configuration of Frontex workstations (Unclassified and Restricted environments) Being responsible for troubleshooting issues related to the configuration of workstations; Troubleshooting of Imaging (PXE, Windows PE, Task sequence); Troubleshooting deployments of Windows updates and upgrades (Security, feature updates, etc); Managing configuration baselines on workstations; Troubleshooting workstation configuration issues in cooperation with other ICT working groups and/or our vendor (Microsoft); Test the workstation configuration on physical and virtual workstations; Automation of tasks using scripts (PowerShell); Collaborating with other team members of Workstation Environment Team; Managing business software and applications deployment Creating, testing and distributing applications and packages; Creating Windows Operating System configurations based on Business requirements; Monitoring the lifecycle of our deployed business applications (licence renewal, applying product updates); Monitoring the correct deployment of application in our end-users’ workstations; Troubleshooting application installation issues; Being responsible for application of policies and configurations related to the control of Windows Operating System Telemetry; Monitoring and reporting Telemetry settings; Monitoring and applying new releases of systems and configurations delivered by the vendor to control the Windows Operating System Telemetry; Troubleshooting telemetry issues in cooperation with other ICT working groups and/or our vendor (Microsoft); Ability to create high standard technical documentation; Creating new technical documentation for DIG internal use; Creating new workstation related how-to documentation and manuals for our end users; Updating the existing documentation to reflect updates and changes; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
