The Role:  FreedomPay is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of mobile engineers responsible for delivering high-quality Android applications and shared mobile platform capabilities. This role combines people leadership, delivery management, and technical oversight, with a primary focus on developing engineers, driving execution, and ensuring the long-term health of our mobile platform. The ideal candidate is a strong engineering leader who enjoys mentoring teams, partnering cross-functionally, and creating an environment where engineers can deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.
