Position Overview Epicmetry is looking for a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer specializing in Appium to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the performance, functionality, and reliability of our mobile applications through effective automated testing. You will design and implement automated test scripts, ensuring a seamless user experience and high standards of quality in our mobile products. Requirements Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using Appium. Collaborate with developers and testing teams to identify testing requirements and develop effective test strategies. Execute automated tests and analyze results to detect defects and performance issues. Integrate mobile test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment processes. Document test plans, procedures, and results, providing detailed feedback to the development team. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process and tools. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing and automation frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile test automation, with a focus on Appium. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with mobile application testing frameworks and tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows. Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience with API testing and performance testing tools is a plus.
