Monitor machine performance and adjust cutting parameters as necessary to optimize production efficiency and maintain dimensional accuracy. Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring continuous process improvement. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is preferred. Proven experience as a CNC machinist or mill operator with expertise in 5-axis machining. Strong technical knowledge of 5-axis CNC programming, tooling, and machining practices. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T). Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
