Currently, we are proud to have over 500 experts across various business fields and several offices in Bulgaria (Sofia and Plovdiv), Ukraine, and Malta.     About the Role:   As part of the DevOps team, you will contribute to improving and automating CI/CD pipelines, maintaining and evolving the company’s infrastructure, and ensuring smooth deployment and operation of applications in Kubernetes.   The team focuses on cloud operations, system reliability, configuration management, centralized logging, and monitoring to ensure stable and scalable environments. You will work closely with experienced engineers and development teams to improve processes, enhance reliability, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology ecosystem.     How You’ll Make an Impact:   Participate in the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications   Contribute to infrastructure provisioning and automation using Infrastructure as Code tools   Deploy and operate services in Kubernetes environments, ensuring stability and scalability   Work with cloud platforms (primarily GCP) for day-to-day operations and maintenance   Maintain configuration management for OS and applications to ensure consistency across environments   Contribute to centralized logging and monitoring systems for better observability   Participate in incident management and on-call rotation when needed   Collaborate closely with senior engineers and development teams to improve system reliability   Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to handle urgent issues as needed as per the On-call policy.     Who You Are:   3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure/Operations roles   Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins   Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / Ansible is a plus)   Basic experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud)   Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals   Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python   Familiar with monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK – nice to have)   Familiarity with basic Change/Release management processes   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn and adapt   Team player with taking initiative attitude and good communication skills     What We Offer:   We’re not just about work,  we are about creating a great place to grow,  connect , and enjoy the journey. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:   Competitive  Salary Package: We value your skills, dedication, and contributions   Time Off: Enjoy 21+ days of annual paid leave so you can rest, recharge, and come back inspired   Bonus & Rewards: Performance-based annual bonuses, special vouchers for birthdays and welcoming a n
