Based in our Oxford office, you will join the Engineering Team within Internal Technology. The team is responsible for the design, delivery, continual improvement, and escalation support of the core services that provide Aurora's staff with the processes, tools and technology needed to perform their best work. Reporting into the Architecture and Engineering function you will work as a proactive engineer across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem — including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and the underlying identity and network services that connect them. The successful candidate will take ownership of operational improvements by ensuring attention to detail, contributing to the documentation, enriching governance, and developing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that keep our environment running well. You should be comfortable working independently and with your team, as you contribute to the completion of each Sprint. This role also requires working directly with business users and Internal Technology colleagues to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and help drive efficiency for a better employee experience across the organisation.
