The Role:
As the Engineering Manager of our Salesforce team and a key technical influencer, you will contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle. Your leadership and collaboration skills will drive impactful, cross-organization initiatives, delivering industry-leading solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative systems that empower individuals on their home-buying, selling, or renting journey.
What You Will Do:
Design and maintain high-availability systems that power core business functions, including Finance, CRM, and Order Management.
Lead engineering teams in delivering high-quality value quickly through Agile incremental development.
Leverage AI and machine learning to automate complex workflows, reducing manual overhead.
Partner with technical leads and product managers to define a clear technical roadmap and uphold the architectural integrity of Move products.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing tools to accelerate experimentation and value delivery.
Foster a culture of integrity, trust, quality, and ongoing improvement.
Inspire and energize the team, rallying them to execute a range of organizational initiatives successfully.
What You Will Bring:
At least 1 year of experience leading software engineering teams in a technology-driven organization.
Proven focus on delivering results and outcomes, with a strong understanding of the value of rapidly shipping code and iterating based on feedback.
Exceptional ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering skill development and career growth.
Knowledge of Salesforce, service integrations, scalable backend architectures (e.g. event stream and REST API), and Agile development methodologies.
