You will work with management and your team to facilitate internal QBRs reviewing customer performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on how to improve the customer experience. You must be detail and process oriented, customer obsessed, efficient, proactive, solutions driven, and comfortable with effectively performing operational duties independently, as well as working collaboratively across our different departments.
