Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled MEP Building Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services within building projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution of all MEP systems. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities Coordinate MEP activities across different stages of building projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to plan and execute MEP installations and maintenance. Monitor compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct site inspections and identify any issues related to MEP systems, providing solutions promptly. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and records related to MEP coordination and project progress. Assist in resolving technical challenges and conflicts related to MEP installations. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to update on MEP-related progress and issues. Stay current with advances in MEP technologies, methods, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in MEP coordination within the construction or building management industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and relevant codes and standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate various stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in MEP software and tools related to project management and building systems. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
