In this role, you will support quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale semiconductor construction projects. Working closely with project managers, design professionals, trade contractors, and client stakeholders, you will help ensure construction, installation, commissioning, and turnover activities are completed in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry best practices. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate inspectors, trade contractors, and project personnel to support QA/QC activities. Perform onsite inspections across assigned project scopes, including mechanical, electrical, utilities, civil, structural, architectural, commissioning, and specialty systems. Attend and contribute to QA/QC meetings and Quality Team meetings. Ensure trade contractors are following approved QA/QC Plans throughout all phases of construction. Verify work is installed in accordance with project documents, applicable codes, industry standards, and best work practices. Perform offsite and onsite inspections of Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE). Review construction documents, specifications, submittals, and quality documentation to support project execution. Support quality inspections during offsite fabrication, construction, commissioning, startup, and punch list activities while driving issues through resolution. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality and constructability issues. Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, punch lists, and project quality records. Support project turnover activities by verifying documentation and system readiness. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience on industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, or commercial construction projects. Experience performing field inspections and supporting quality programs across multiple construction disciplines. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation. Strong understanding of construction quality standards, commissioning processes, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with owners, contractors, and project teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and field management software such as BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Latista, or similar platforms.
