Responsibilities   Contributes to integrating the development progress of the mechanical parts Ensure all the engineering practices are carried out and let the readiness of parts hit the project milestone. Collaborate cross-functionally with [ME Group/EPM/DQA/FPM] to deliver high-quality products. Risk assessment, formulating strategy, implementing changes, improving yield rate, following through the production plan, and securing the shipping quality.  Concise summaries and escalate the important matters. Ensures alignment with key leaders of milestone achievement before moving the program forward. Requirement  Experience working on mechanical-related wireless lockers or cameras. Proven experience with technical program management. Strong foundation in product development with [3]+ years of hands-on experience. Solid understanding of [Mechanical development strategy/Statistical Analysis]. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams. Preferred Qualifications Leadership in cross-functional or large-scale projects. Strong ownership, growth mindset, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
